Walking boots summer or winter style would be ideal. Trainers with good grip can be worn on most of the coastal paths. (Holyhead Mountain then walking boots must be worn here) I recommend footwear with ankle support for all the trails
Bring a coat or rain jacket also bring a warm top and a spare base layer along with a warm hat.
Bring yourself a backpack rucksack, if you don’t have a day pack I can provide one just ask prior please.

Dogs are welcome although walk (Trip A ) is not suitable as we walk across several fields with cows! in addition walk ( Trip C) includes part of (Trip A) all other trips are suitable.
For all walks you should bring enough liquid at least two water bottles. For longer walks over 3 hours you’ll need to bring yourself a packed lunch and some sugary snacks to eat on the move ..
