I am offering an outdoors beginners session to introduce Callanetics, which is exercising to tone up your upper and lower body by using your own body weight e.g press-ups, bench dips and by using resistance bands.
All sessions start with a warm up and end with a cool down and stretching.
The session will include either walking or jogging along with fat burning and Callanetics strength conditioning.
Advanced running sessions with a duration of around an hour from flat road running to steep gradient and interval training with short burst sprints.
Split Training Sessions – I will arrange to meet you at your chosen location ,then we will cycle together to where we will perform the second part of the session to include power walking and jogging, I will custom tailor this session to the clients requirements .
