3 x Block sessions ( 1 hour up to 70 min Each )
I am offering an outdoors Advanced running sessions (duration will be up to a maximum of 70 min usually up to 60 min for most clients.
to steep gradient and interval training with short burst sprints.
- Coastal Break water & Mountain Running
- Trearddur Bay to Stanley Embankment Four Mile Bride Loop
- Penrhos Country park (features flat running )
- Suitable for all clients who can already run about 30 min this will push you beyond your regular comfort zone and challenge your training.
